However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.

If you have received your goods as a gift we do not offer refunds however, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.

On receipt of the returned goods Bluebird will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavor to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
